Mailbox Monday

Thanks to Marcia @ The Printed Page, we get a chance to share
with others any books we've received the previous week,
via our mailbox.
Be sure to comment and leave a link to your Mailbox Monday post,
or just post your list in your comment.

I only got a few in the mail this week...most of them I
bought at McKay's, LifeWay, and
Borders/Waldenbooks

Here's mine for Oct. 4 - Oct. 10:

These came to me via a Buddy Swap on PBS:

The Morning Gift :: Eva Ibbotson
According to Jane :: Marilyn Brant
The Carousel Painter :: Judith Miller
A Christmas Cowboy :: Janette Kenny
To Love a Texan :: Georgina Gentry

***********************************************

I bought these at LifeWay, Saturday, during their
National Fiction Book Event.

One Perfect Gift :: Kathleen Morgan
The Frontiersman's Daughter :: Laura Frantz
Love is a Battlefield :: Annalisa Daughety

I bought these at Borders/Waldenbooks:

Secrets She Left Behind :: Diane Chamberlain
(for a Buddy Swap on PBS)
Kissing Santa Claus :: Donna Kauffman, Jill Shalvis,
and HelenKay Dimon
Forget Me Knot :: Sue Margolis
He's No Prince Charming :: LuAnn McLane (YAY!!)

My sister picked up these 7 books for me at
McKay's Used Book Store in
Chattanooga, TN.

Love Finds You in...
Humble, Texas :: Anita Higman
Miracle, Kentucky :: Andrea Boeshaar
Romeo, Colorado :: Gwen Ford Faulkenberry
Treasure Island, Florida :: Debby Mayne

Miss Fortune (An Allie Fortune Mystery, Bk 1)
Miss Match (An Allie Fortune Mystery, Bk 2)
both by Sara Mills
Three Times Blessed (Belles of Timber Creek, Bk 2)
by Lori Copeland

In case you're wondering...the only reason I bought so
many books this past weekend was because McKay's had
great prices, and I had % off coupons for LifeWay
and Borders/Waldenbooks...otherwise they
would still be on my wishlist! LOL

What books did you find in your mailbox
(or couldn't resist purchasing) last week??

  1. I just started Love is a Battlefield last night. I've only had it for a couple of weeks, and I'm really hoping that it's gonna be a good one. The author lives in Memphis...just like me! :o)

  6. Yeah...it sounds really good! I have a few of her other books on my WL, too.

Have you read According to Jane? If so, did you like it? I saw it on someone's blog and it sounded good. I got those first 5 books from ONE person during the last PBS Buddy Swap I was in...the one I hope you can play in November! =)

    Enjoy your books, too!
