Here's what you're asked to do:
- Grab your current read.
- Let the book fall open to a random page.

ReplyDeleteI'm actually having a really hard time getting into this book. The teaser is towards the last half of the book, and I'm not quite halfway. I'm hoping it gets a lot better, in the next few chapters.
I absolutely love this author, and I think I've read all but 4 of her books. I hope this one picks up for you and you end up liking it. Have you read her Northern Lights series?? Absolutely FABULOUS books!! :o)

Sounds interesting! But from what you've said about the first half I'm not sure if I'm going to like it much!

ReplyDeleteI don't think I've read that series, I'll have to add them to my Wish List and give them a try. I do remember reading some of her Palisades books, and I liked those.
I really want to like this book, it sounds so good from the back cover. The first half is just kinda rambling and boring to me though. I hope it gets better soon! *fingers crossed* ;)

ReplyDeleteI really like the characters, but the story line is really slooooooow. :(
I've read in other places too that the story line is slow so I probably won't like it! If I see it on BM or something I'll give it a try but I probably won't be buying it!
